LuxAuralis Royalty-Free Meditation Music License

Upon purchasing music tracks from LuxAuralis, you are granted a nonexclusive, worldwide license to utilize these tracks under the following terms and conditions. Please be aware that the ownership and copyright of the tracks remain with LuxAuralis and its composers.

Permitted Uses:

• These tracks may be used royalty-free for both personal and commercial endeavors.
• You are permitted to incorporate our music into work that you are selling.
• Your work must be spoken-word recordings, i.e. guided meditations, affirmations, hypnosis or instructional recordings, or as background music in a video where the visual content and voice over are the main focus.
• There are no restrictions on the number of projects in which our music can be used.

Mandatory Conditions:

At least one-third of the track used must include an audible voice-over and can not be "naked".

Prohibited Uses:

• Direct reselling or redistribution of these tracks, either in their original form or in parts, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, offering the tracks for free download or selling them through platforms such as Fiverr.
• Licensing or sublicensing these tracks to any third party is not permitted.
• Utilization of these tracks to offer services that directly compete with LuxAuralis is not allowed.
• Claiming ownership or copyright of these tracks is strictly prohibited.
• These tracks may not be used for the creation of Subliminals, as they are not considered audible under this agreement.
• Use of these tracks in meditation, relaxation applications, or in similar services is expressly forbidden.
• The music cannot be used in videos that are solely music-based on platforms such as YouTube.

By purchasing our music tracks, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in revocation of the license.
