At least one-third of the track used must include an audible voice-over and can not be “naked”.
This license has no fixed expiration date. You may continue selling and distributing compliant works created with the purchased tracks indefinitely unless the license is terminated.
The license terminates automatically if the associated purchase is refunded, canceled, charged back, reversed, or otherwise not fully paid. LuxAuralis may revoke the license if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the tracks and stop selling or distributing any works containing them.

Yes. Compliant recordings may be sold indefinitely while the license remains valid. A refund, cancellation, chargeback, payment reversal, or a purchase that is otherwise not fully paid automatically terminates the license, and LuxAuralis may revoke it for violations of the license terms.
No, these tracks may not be used for the creation of Subliminals, as they are not considered audible under this agreement.
No, the use of these tracks in meditation, relaxation applications, or similar services is expressly forbidden.
No, the music cannot be used in videos that are solely music-based on platforms such as YouTube.
Yes, if the tracks are being used within a guided meditation or similar work, at least one-third of the final product must include an audible voice-over.
